This is so easy to make you just have to remember to put the oats and seeds to soak in cold water before going to bed.
Before you want to eat it just drain and rince the oats and seeds through a sieve then add in the raisins or sultanas
1 cup of soaked porridge oats
1 dessert spoon of raisins or sultanas whichever you prefer
1 dessert spoon of soaked sunflower seeds
The great thing is you don’t need to add any liquid to this as the water left in the oats gives it a lovely creamy taste.
