Strong Green Juice

This is a very strong green juice which I would recommend after you get used to drinking milder green juices, this one is fairly strong. One of the great things I have found is how drinking green juices diminishes the cravings for sweet things which is my weakness! Your liver will love it too.

Dark leafy green vegetables are a great source of nutrition, and they’re low in calories. Greens such as spinach, kale, broccoli, contain minerals including iron, calcium, potassium, and magnesium as well as vitamins K, C, E, and many of the B vitamins.

Strong Green Juice

My juice contained:

  • 3 handfuls of kale
  • 1 head of celery
  • 1 apple
